将TiH1.924粉末放在氮气氛中进行高能球磨,反应合成了纳米级TiN,并与以Ti粉为原料的反应结果进行了比较。结果表明,以TiH1.924为初始粉末,可使TiN的反应合成速率提高。
TiH1.924 powder was placed in a nitrogen atmosphere for high-energy ball milling to synthesize nano-scale TiN. The results were compared with those obtained from Ti powder. The results show that TiH1.924 as the initial powder can increase the reaction rate of TiN.
