本文是各种耐磨保护层的磨损性能试验研究的一部分,即磨粒磨损性能试验部分。许多耐磨保护层,在受不同硬度的磨粒磨损时,都有一条由低磨损状态到高磨损状态的变化曲线。但化学气相沉积的碳化钨和碳化钛层始终处于低磨损状态,具有最佳的耐磨性。渗氮层在碳化硅砂纸研磨时,其化合层和扩散层表现出不同的耐磨性。试验结果还说明了基体材料中,某些合金元素与渗硼和碳化铬等保护层的耐磨性之间有一定关系。
This article is part of a variety of wear-resistant protective layer wear test study, that abrasive wear test section. Many wear-resistant protective layer, in the wear of different hardness of abrasive wear, there is a change from low wear state to high wear state curve. But chemical vapor deposition of tungsten carbide and titanium carbide layer is always in a low wear state, with the best wear resistance. Nitriding layer in the silicon carbide sandpaper grinding, the composite layer and the diffusion layer showed different wear resistance. The test results also show that there is a certain relationship between the wear resistance of certain alloying elements and protective coatings such as boronizing and chromium carbide in the matrix material.
