The scale of Internet users in China reached 649 million with an Internet penetration rate of 47.49%. There were 557 million mobile Internet users and 85.8% of mobile Internet users. Internet media has developed into a major information dissemination carrier for Chinese Internet users to obtain various types of news and information in the Internet era.
