分析了35 例脑梗塞患者血浆中 E T 和 N O 含量的变化, 结果表明: 急性期血浆中 E T水平显著地高于正常对照组( P< 0 .01) , N O 水平显著地低于正常对照组( P< 0 .01) ;恢复期 E T和 N O 与对照组比较无显著性差异( P> 0 .05) 。提示: E T 和 N O 参与了脑梗塞的病理生理过程,动态测定血浆 E T 和 N O 水平有助于脑梗塞病情的观察。
The plasma levels of E T and N O in 35 patients with cerebral infarction were analyzed. The results showed that the plasma levels of E T in acute phase were significantly higher than those in normal controls (P <0.01), and the levels of N O were significantly lower than those in normal controls The normal control group (P <0.01); recovery of E T and N O compared with the control group no significant difference (P> 0.05). Tip: E T and N O are involved in the pathophysiology of cerebral infarction, dynamic determination of plasma E T and N O levels contribute to the observation of cerebral infarction.
