课外作业布置既要有效,又不增加学生过重负担,必须做到两条:一要少而精,二要有趣味。我刚刚参加工作那会儿,要求学生天天写日记,作文则是大作文小作文一起上。几年后,发现其他教师并不像我这样做,学生未必就差。我的班有些学生虽然按要求完成了作业,可学习成绩并不见到有多大起色。于是,我对这一做法作了调整,不再要求学生写日记、周记;作文除了每学期规定的不少于6篇,不再加码。
Extracurricular homework layout should be effective, without increasing the students overburdened, we must do two things: one should be less and one, two should be interesting. I just attended the work for a while, asked students to write diaries every day, writing is a big composition essay together. A few years later, I found that other teachers are not doing like me, the students may not be worse. Some students in my class did not see how much improvement they could accomplish though they did their homework as requested. As a result, I adjusted this practice and no longer asked the students to write a diary. The composition of the essay was no longer overweight except for no less than 6 stipulations per semester.
