本文调查分析了近两年来济南市７个县（市区）９类１７种新鲜蔬菜可食部分的硝酸盐积累状况，并根据ＷＨＯ／ＦＡＯ规定的ＡＤＩ值换算得到的标准进行总体评价，提出了相应的防治对策与措施。
