我单位在施工某医院污水处理回流池环氧玻璃钢防腐工程时,正处冬季,平均气温在0℃以下,最低气温为-12℃。一般环氧玻璃钢要求在15~20℃的环境中施工。低于10~15℃时,环氧树脂的固化反应速度十分缓慢,而且粘度明显增大,不易操作,无法保证施工质量;温度在0℃以下时,则根本无法施工。因此,在环氧坡璃钢冬期施工中,必须采用加热措施,或选用低温下能固化的粘结剂配方。两种方法前者困难较大,因为环氧玻璃钢粘结剂配方中的材料几乎均为有毒、易燃、易爆品,要求施工时空气流通,没有明火。这样就须在160平方米的大面积回流池中把温度由负温升到15~20℃以上,同时又要做到通风良好,是相当困难的。为了确保工期和施工质量,降低工程费用,我们决定采用低温粘结剂方案。

The former two methods are more difficult because the materials in the epoxy glass fiber reinforced plastic adhesive formulations are almost all toxic, flammable, and explosive materials. It requires air circulation during construction and there is no open flame. In this case, it is very difficult to raise the temperature from negative temperature to 15 to 20°C in a 160-square-meter large-area backflow tank, and at the same time to achieve good ventilation. In order to ensure construction period and construction quality and reduce engineering costs, we decided to adopt a low-temperature adhesive solution.
