一、前言早在公元1783年,有Pilatre de Rczier氏首先发现了乘轻气球降落後的耳痛症候。其後各国遂注意及航空对於耳器官的影响,例如飞行震荡对於平衡器官,引擎噪音对於听觉器官,以及气压变化对於中耳器官及副鼻窦等等的影响,到现在这些问题的研究已经发展成一种专门的科学,名为航空耳鼻喉科学(Aviation Otolaryngology)。本文将这种知识作一综合性的介绍,以供航空医务工作者在研究保障驾驶员和旅客的健康和提高工作效率中的参考。二、航空性中耳炎的同义词航空性中耳炎(Aero-otitis media)是比较通俗的名词,但是比较科学的名词是气压损害性中耳炎(Otitic barotrauma),或气压损害性中
