目的:建立高效液相色谱法测定葶苈降血脂颗粒中黄芩苷含量质量控制标准。方法:色谱柱:Diamonsil C_(18)柱(150mm×4.6mm,5μm);流动相:甲醇-水-磷酸(47:53:0.2);流速:1.0ml·min~(-1);检测波长:278nm;柱温:室温。结果:黄芩苷在0.075~0.377μg·ml~(-1)范围内线性关系良好(r=0.999 8),平均回收率为98.71%、RSD=1.73%(n=5)。结论:HPLC法简便、灵敏准确、重复性好、结果可靠,可作为葶苈降血脂颗粒的质量控制标准。
OBJECTIVE: To establish a HPLC method for the determination of baicalin in quality control standards of Qijiang Jiangzhi lipid granules. Method: Column: Diamonsil C 18 column (150mm×4.6mm, 5μm); mobile phase: methanol-water-phosphoric acid (47:53:0.2); flow rate: 1.0ml·min-1; detection wavelength : 278 nm; Column temperature: room temperature. RESULTS: The linearity of baicalin was in the range of 0.075-0.377 μg·ml -1 (r=0.999 8). The average recovery was 98.71% and RSD was 1.73% (n=5). Conclusion: The HPLC method is simple, sensitive, accurate, reproducible, and reliable. It can be used as a standard for quality control of blood fat particles in loquat.
