巯基纱布旋转富集法已成功的应用于天然水中超痕量甲基汞的气相色谱测定。本文将这种方法进一步应用于沉积物样品分析亦获得满意效果。较前人建立的萃取法、柱层吸附法可以省略溶剂提取、离心分离等步骤,而不受沉积物中的有机物、硫和重金属的干扰,具有操作简单,灵敏度高,重现性好等优点,适用于江河湖海沉积物中甲基汞环境背景值研究的大批样品分析及用作汞的迁移转化规律研究的分析手段。
The mercapto-based gauze spinning enrichment method has been successfully applied to the determination of ultra-trace methylmercury in natural water by gas chromatography. In this paper, this method is further applied to the analysis of sediment samples also obtained satisfactory results. Compared with the previous methods, the column adsorption method can omit the steps of solvent extraction and centrifugation without the interference of organic matter, sulfur and heavy metals in sediments, and has the advantages of simple operation, high sensitivity and good reproducibility , Suitable for a large number of sample analysis of methylmercury environmental background value in the sediments of rivers, lakes and seas and analytical tools used to study the migration and transformation rules of mercury.
