近日来,“6∑(西格玛)”得到国内企业家的不少关注,有关其理论和实施方法的书籍(如《6西格玛的力量》、《6西格玛管理培训》等)自近期陆续出版后,也很受读者欢迎。如《6西格玛的力量》一书出版后不久,在北京西单图书大厦所有类别图书销售排行榜中居于销售数排行榜第25位。 应该说,这是件好事,说明在中国日益成为“世界工厂”的大趋势下,国内不少企业家们有志于提升产品标准和管理品质,从而与国际性企业一比高下。但“6∑”真的那么灵吗?对你所管理的企业真的那么有效吗?你真的有必要实施6∑吗?
