[目的]研究简化水茄子叶培养快繁技术体系试验流程。[方法]以水茄子叶为对象,研究不同激素浓度处理对其愈伤组织的诱导、增殖、分化及生根数的影响。[结果]以水茄子叶为外植体,诱导愈伤组织和不定芽的最佳培养基均为MS+2.0 mg/L 6-BA+0.3 mg/L NAA,愈伤组织诱导率高达100%,不定芽诱导率为85%,平均芽数6个。诱导水茄不定根的最佳培养基为MS+0.3 mg/L IAA,生根率达到100%,平均根数9条。[结论]一步诱导水茄诱导愈伤组织和不定芽方法简化了快繁技术体系,提高试验效率。
[Objective] The research aimed to study the experimental flow of simplified propagation system of watery eggplant leaf. [Method] With eggplant leaf as object, the effects of different hormone concentrations on callus induction, proliferation, differentiation and rooting number were studied. [Result] The optimum culture medium for the induction of callus and adventitious buds with water eggplant leaves as explants was MS + 2.0 mg / L 6-BA + 0.3 mg / L NAA. The callus induction rate was as high as 100% , Adventitious bud induction rate was 85%, the average number of buds 6. The best medium for inducing Adventitious root of Eggplant was MS + 0.3 mg / L IAA. The rooting rate reached 100% and the average number of root was 9. [Conclusion] The method of inducing callus and adventitious bud by hydroponic step in one step simplified the rapid propagating technology system and improved the test efficiency.
