本文就MIS项目EPCC地面工程在回购合同条件下执行过程中遇到的问题以及伊朗回购合同与EPCC合同的区别进行对比,为中方石油企业在伊朗回购合同下的EPCC项目及项目执行提供参考,从而真正意义上实现在伊朗甲乙方整体效益最大化。
