目的:探索乳癖康胶囊指纹图谱的实验条件。方法:采用高效液相色谱法,色谱柱为Agilent ZORBAX SB-C18柱,(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm),对样品的提取溶剂、提取方法、检测波长、洗脱溶剂、洗脱方法进行了选择。结果:本试验采用80%甲醇为提取溶剂,超声60 min提取,选择280 nm作为检测波长,采用洗脱条件4,进行乳癖康胶囊HPLC指纹图谱研究较好。结论:实验证明,该文选定的色谱方法可操作性强,重现性好,可作为乳癖康胶囊指纹图谱研究的基础。
Objective: To explore the experimental conditions of Ruyikang capsule fingerprinting. Methods: The extraction solvent, extraction method, detection wavelength, elution solvent and elution method were performed by HPLC with Agilent ZORBAX SB-C18 column (4.6 mm × 250 mm, 5 μm) select. Results: In this experiment, 80% methanol was used as the extraction solvent, extracted by ultrasonic for 60 min, 280 nm was selected as the detection wavelength, and the elution condition was used. Conclusion: The experiment proves that the chromatographic method selected in this paper is feasible and reproducible, which can be used as the basis of the research on the fingerprint of Rupikang capsule.
