目的 研究高黏度骨水泥椎体成形术对骨质疏松伴椎体压缩性骨折患者疼痛视觉模拟评分及躯体功能的影响.方法 选取2015 年2 月~2017 年2 月我院接诊的60 例骨质疏松伴椎体压缩性骨折患者为研究对象.观察组30 例采用高黏度骨水泥治疗, 对照组30 例采用低黏度骨水泥治疗, 观察两组患者治疗后视觉模拟评分( VAS) 、 Oswestry功能障碍指数( ODI) , 骨水泥渗漏情况, 躯体功能及生活质量.结果 治疗后, 观察组 VAS 评分、 ODI 指数小于对照组 [ (1. 21 ± 0. 30)分 vs (4. 65 ± 1. 08)分、(18. 24 ±4. 97)% vs (31. 26 ±5. 73)%], 差异极显著, 有统计学意义(P <0. 001); 观察组骨水泥渗漏总发生率6. 66% (2/30)小于对照组30. 00% (9/30), 差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05); 观察组躯体功能、社会功能、心理功能评分优于对照组 [ (61. 85 ± 9. 26)分vs (50. 23 ± 8. 71)分、 (62. 15 ± 9. 41)分vs (54. 29 ± 9. 30)分、 (57. 69 ± 9. 32)分 vs (51. 26 ± 8. 36)分], 差异显著, 有统计学意义(P <0. 01) .结论 高黏度骨水泥椎体成形术对骨质疏松伴椎体压缩性骨折疗效显著, 能够减少患者的疼痛,改善躯体功能.“,”Objective To study the effect of percutaneous vertebroplasty with high-viscosity cement on visual analogue score (VAS) and body function in patients with osteoporotic vertebral compression fractures. Methods 60 patients with osteoporotic vertebral compression fractures between February 2015 and February 2017 in our hospital were selected. The observation group (30 cases) was treated with percutaneous vertebroplasty with high-viscosity bone cement. The control group (30 cases) was treated with percutaneous vertebroplasty with low-viscosity bone cement. VAS, oswestry disability index (ODI), bone cement leakage, body function and quality of life after treatment were recorded. Results After treatment, VAS and ODI scores in the observation group were less than those in the control group [ (1. 21 ± 0. 30) score vs (4. 65 ± 1. 08) score, (18. 24 ± 4. 97)% vs (31. 26 ± 5. 73)% ] (P<0. 05). The incidence rate of bone cement leakage in the observation group was less than that in the control group [6. 66% (2/30) vs 30. 00% (9/30)] (P<0. 05). Body function, social function, psychological function in the observation group were better than those in the control group [ (61. 85 ± 9. 26) score vs (50. 23 ± 8. 71) score, (62. 15 ± 9. 41) score vs (54. 29 ± 9. 30) score, (57. 69 ±9. 32) score vs (51. 26 ±8. 36) score] (P<0. 05). Conclusion Percutaneous vertebroplasty with high-viscosity bone cement is effective for treatment of osteoporotic vertebral compression fractures, which can reduce the pain and improve the body func-tion.
