目的:研究舌鳞状细胞癌(TSCC)组织中Livin和细胞色素C(Cyt-C)的表达,观察其表达水平与TSCC临床病理特征的关系,并探讨TSCC组织中Livin和Cyt-C蛋白表达的相关性。方法:采用免疫组织化学SP法检测48例TSCC和10例正常舌黏膜组织中Livin和Cyt-C蛋白的表达,并分析其与患者的性别、年龄、组织学类型和淋巴结转移等临床病理特征的相关性。结果:Livin主要表达在细胞浆中,TSCC和正常舌黏膜组织中Livin蛋白阳性表达率分别为66.67%和0%,二者比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);Livin的高表达与TSCC组织学分化程度有关联(P<0.05),并与颈淋巴结转移有关联(P<0.05)。Cyt-C主要表达在细胞浆中,TSCC和正常舌黏膜中Cyt-C蛋白阳性表达率分别为70.83%和10.00%,二者比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);Cyt-C蛋白阳性表达率与组织学分化程度有关联(P<0.05)。Spearman等级相关分析,TSCC组织中Livin和Cyt-C蛋白表达呈正相关关系(r=0.553,P<0.001)。结论:TSCC组织中Livin和Cyt-C蛋白表达呈正相关关系,二者的联合检测有助于临床判断TSCC恶性程度和评估预后。
Objective: To investigate the expression of Livin and cytochrome C (Cyt-C) in tongue squamous cell carcinoma (TSCC) and to observe their relationship with the clinicopathological features of TSCC and the expression of Livin and Cyt-C in TSCC Relevance. Methods: The expressions of Livin and Cyt-C protein in 48 cases of TSCC and 10 cases of normal tongue mucosa were detected by immunohistochemical SP method. The expressions of Livin and Cyt-C were analyzed with the clinicopathological features of the patients, such as gender, age, histological type and lymph node metastasis Correlation. Results: The expression of Livin was mainly in cytoplasm. The positive rates of Livin protein in TSCC and normal tongue mucosa tissues were 66.67% and 0%, respectively (P <0.01). The high expressions of Livin and TSCC Histological differentiation (P <0.05), and was associated with cervical lymph node metastasis (P <0.05). Cyt-C was mainly expressed in the cytoplasm. The positive expression rates of Cyt-C protein in TSCC and normal tongue mucosa were 70.83% and 10.00%, respectively (P <0.01), Cyt-C protein was positive The expression rate was correlated with the degree of histological differentiation (P <0.05). Spearman rank correlation analysis showed that there was a positive correlation between Livin and Cyt-C protein expression in TSCC (r = 0.553, P <0.001). Conclusion: The expression of Livin and Cyt-C in TSCC is positively correlated with each other. The combination detection of the two can be helpful in judging the malignancy of TSCC and assessing the prognosis of TSCC.
