[目的]研究海南野生绞股蓝的抗疲劳效果。[方法]建立游泳训练模型,测试小鼠的力竭游泳时间及血红蛋白(Hb)、尿素氮(BUN)、肝组织超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、丙二醛(MDA)等指标。[结果]6周灌胃绞股蓝提取液后,小鼠力竭游泳时间显著延长,血红蛋白(Hb)及肝组织超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)显著性升高,而血尿素氮(BUN)及肝组织丙二醛(MDA)含量显著性下降。说明绞股蓝具有显著的抗疲劳效果,能够提高小鼠的运动能力。
[Objective] To study the anti-fatigue effect of wild Gynostemma pentaphyllum in Hainan. [Methods] A swimming training model was established to test the exhaustion swimming time and hemoglobin (Hb), urea nitrogen (BUN), liver superoxide dismutase (SOD), malondialdehyde (MDA) and other indicators. [Results] After 6 weeks of gavage of Gynostemma pentaphyllum extract, the time of exhausted swimming in mice was significantly prolonged, and hemoglobin (Hb) and superoxide dismutase (SOD) in liver tissue were significantly increased, while blood urea nitrogen (BUN) and liver were significantly increased. The content of tissue malondialdehyde (MDA) decreased significantly. This shows that Gynostemma pentaphyllum has significant anti-fatigue effect and can improve the exercise ability of mice.
