根据承钢高炉炉渣含钒高的特殊性,以现场渣为基准,研究了钒对炉渣黏度(η)、熔化性温度(Ts)和脱硫的影响。研究结果表明:随着V2O5含量的升高,炉渣呈短渣特性,炉渣黏度先升高后降低,炉渣熔化性温度持续降低。当温度高于熔化性温度时,适当增加V2O5含量,黏度降低,对生产有利。随着温度升高,炉渣黏度降低,温度越高,黏度变化越小。温度的升高有利于脱硫反应的进行,V2O5含量的变化对炉渣脱硫的影响不大。
According to the particularity of high vanadium contained in BF slag, the influence of vanadium on slag viscosity (η), melting temperature (Ts) and desulfurization was studied on the basis of on-site slag. The results show that with the increase of V2O5 content, the slag is characterized by short slag, the slag viscosity first increases and then decreases, and the slag melting temperature continues to decrease. When the temperature is higher than the melting temperature, the appropriate increase in V2O5 content, viscosity decreased, beneficial to the production. As the temperature increases, the slag viscosity decreases, the higher the temperature, the smaller the change in viscosity. The increase of temperature is beneficial to the desulfurization reaction, and the change of V2O5 content has little effect on desulfurization of slag.
