本文研究何首乌炮制前后的毒性,和对去肾上腺饥饿小鼠肝糖元积累的影响。结果证明,首乌经炮制后能降低毒性而增加肝糖元,说明中药的传统炮制是有其一定的实用意义。
This article studied the toxicity before and after processing of Polygonum multiflorum, and the effect on the accumulation of hepatic glycogen in deprivation-starved mice. The results show that Shouwu can reduce the toxicity and increase the liver glycogen after processing, indicating that the traditional processing of traditional Chinese medicine has its practical significance.
