“跨界”的明星 “吃穿住行”人类生存四大样，“吃”为生存根本，所以居四大样之首。如果缺少粮食，人类将面临巨大的生存困难。为避免可能的“粮食危机”来临之际不知所措，科学家将气象科学、环境科学、卫星遥感等先进的技术应用于农业生产，对粮食生产的远景进行了模拟监测，结果发现：随着气候的变化，我国的华北地区将面临更加严重的“缺水”状态，华南地区因为工业用掉更多的水，也会出现“缺水”现象。华北是小麦主产区，华南是水稻主产区，这些地区如果缺水将导致小麦和水稻的减产！
