目的掌握云南省医用诊断X射线机设备的性能质量,对存在的问题提出改进意见,以提高医用诊断X射线的诊断质量,以减少患者的受照剂量。方法依据国家标准,采用非介入式多功能X射线质量检测仪进行现场检测,对云南省86台在用医用诊断X射线机摄影设备系统和透视系统进行的质量控制指标检测,摄影系统的检测指标有:管电压指示的偏离、输出量、输出量重复性、输出量线性、曝光时间指示的偏离、光野与照射野四边的偏离、光野与照射野中心的偏离、有用线束垂直度偏离、有用线束半值层(HVL);11台透视设备系统的检测指标有:空间分辨力、低对比度分辨力、入射体表空气比释动能率典型值。10台即有摄影系统又有透视设备系统的以上所有指标进行检测。结果107台医用诊断X射线机进行的各项检测指标显示,管电压指示的偏离、输出量、输出量重复性、输出量线性、曝光时间指示的偏离、光野与照射野四边的偏离、光野与照射野中心的偏离、有用线束垂直度偏离、有用线束半值层、空间分辨力、低对比度分辨力、入射体表空气比释动能率典型值的合格率分别为96.5%、100%、98.8%、98.8%、97.7%、88.4%、78.2%、90.7%、98.8%、100%、100%、100%。结论通过对医用诊断X射线机设备性能的检测,并采取相应的控制措施,以确保每台在用的医用诊断X射线机处于合格、安全的工作状态,以减少和避免患者受到不必要的照射,这样才能保证患者的健康与安全。
