实验研究表明,小鼠骨髓细胞在体内扩散盒血浆凝块中培养2天后所生成的红系细胞团(E-CFU-D),既不是直接起源于BFU-E或ERC,也不是由骨髓幼稚细胞(原红细胞、早幼红细胞、中幼红细胞)增殖的结果,它是一类在细胞分化中介于ERC和原红细胞之间的造血祖细胞。体内E_p浓度降低时,ERC的分化受阻,但是,E_p对E-CFU-D分化的影响却介于ERC与原红细胞之间。从体内、外的培养结果可见,当E_p浓度增高时,可以增强CFU-E或E-CFU-D的增殖和分化。

From the in vitro and in vivo culture results, it can be seen that when the concentration of E_p is increased, the proliferation and differentiation of CFU-E or E-CFU-D can be enhanced.
