目的:观察玉屏风散加减治疗手汗症胸腔镜下交感神经链切断术后代偿性出汗的临床疗效。方法:将手汗症胸腔镜下交感神经链切断术后代偿性出汗患者62例随机分为治疗组和对照组各31例。对照组不予特殊处理,治疗组予玉屏风散加减,连续治疗2周。结果:治疗组代偿性出汗严重程度低于对照组,症状较对照组明显好转,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:玉屏风散加减治疗手汗症胸腔镜下交感神经链切断术后代偿性出汗有显著效果。
Objective: To observe the clinical curative effect of Yupingfengsan treatment on compensatory sweating after thoracoscopic sympathectomy. Methods: Sixty-two patients with compensated sweating after thoracoscopic sympathectomy of the hand sweat were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, with 31 cases in each group. The control group without special treatment, the treatment group Yupingfengsan addition and subtraction, continuous treatment for 2 weeks. Results: The severity of compensatory sweating in the treatment group was lower than that in the control group, and the symptoms were significantly improved compared with the control group. The differences were statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion: Yupingfengsan treatment of hand-sweat thoracoscopic sympathetic chain excision after compensatory sweating have a significant effect.
