目的:研究醉鱼草果实的三萜类成分及其活性。方法:采用多种色谱方法对其含有的化合物进行分离纯化,利用波谱法对得到的化合物进行结构鉴定,通过MTT法评价了化合物对神经细胞的保护作用。结果:分离鉴定了3个化合物,分别为:oleanane,α-L-msnnopyranoside derive(1)、13,28-epoxy-3β,23-dihydroxy-11-oleanene(2)、3,23,28-trihydroxyoleane-11,13(18)-diene(3),并对化合物1~3进行了神经细胞保护作用研究,结果表明化合物1~3对神经细胞具有较好的保护作用。结论:首次对化合物1进行了波谱学数据的报道,首次对化合物1~3进行了神经细胞保护作用的研究。
Objective: To study the triterpenoids and their activities in the fruit of Buddleja. Methods: The compounds contained in the compounds were isolated and purified by a variety of chromatographic methods. The compounds were identified by spectroscopic methods. The compounds were evaluated by MTT assay for their protective effect on nerve cells. Results: Three compounds were isolated and identified as oleanane, α-L-msnopyranoside derive (1), 13,28-epoxy-3β, 23-dihydroxy-11-oleanene -11,13 (18) -diene (3). The neuroprotective effect of compound 1 ~ 3 was also studied. The results showed that compound 1 ~ 3 had good protective effect on nerve cells. Conclusion: For the first time, the spectral data of compound 1 were reported and the protective effect of compound 1 ~ 3 on nerve cells was studied for the first time.
