小组合作学习是指学生在小组或团体中为了完成共同的任务,有明确的责任分工的互助性学习。本文结合自己在新一轮课程改革实施中的教学经验,从建立两大机制、教师的作用、问题设计三个方面对小学数学小组合作学习的操作过程以及实施策略进行了论述,从而使数学小组合作学习更趋于理性化,更接近合作学习的本质,以实现学习方式的转变,促进学生不断发展。
Group cooperative learning refers to students in groups or groups in order to accomplish a common task, there is a clear division of responsibilities and mutual help learning. Based on my teaching experience in the new round of curriculum reform and implementation, this article elaborates the operation process and implementation tactics of primary school mathematics group cooperative learning from the following three aspects: establishing two major mechanisms, teachers’ role and problem design, so that the mathematics group Cooperative learning tends to be more rational, more close to the nature of cooperative learning in order to achieve the transformation of learning styles and promote the continuous development of students.
