本研究通过测定平菇在种子袋内和出菇后不同生长阶段的纤维素酶活力,研究酶活与生长阶段之间的关系。实验采用平菇的两个品种,以麦粒种和棉籽壳为培养基进行培养,并分别测定其不同生长阶段的纤维素酶活力。在平菇菌丝长度为40mm时,纤维素酶的活性均达到最大值(831:39.255;豫-6:31.038),之后酶活随着菌丝的生长缓慢下降,到形成子实体时降至最低。可见平菇的酶活随着菌丝的生长表现出一定的变化趋势。
In this study, the relationship between enzyme activity and growth stage was studied by measuring the activity of Cellulase in different growth stages of Pleurotus ostreatus in seed bags and fruiting bodies. Two varieties of Pleurotus ostreatus were used in the experiment. Wheat seeds and cottonseed husks were used as culture medium. The activities of cellulase in different growth stages were measured. When the length of Pleurotus ostreatus was 40mm, the activity of cellulase reached its maximum value (831: 39.255; Yu-6: 31.038), then the enzyme activity decreased slowly with the growth of mycelium and decreased to lowest. It can be seen that the activity of Pleurotus ostreatus shows a certain trend with the growth of mycelium.
