本文采用理论分析与实验相结合的方法,研究高压溢流阀的稳定性及产生噪声的原因。应用经典控制理论借助计算机计算分析了某厂生产的高压溢流阀的稳定性,经过大量计算找出溢流阀的一些结构参数与稳定裕量的关系,在分析基础上提出了基于相对稳定性要求的溢流阀动态设计准则。应用上述成果,对原产品进行了改进设计,对新产品的实验证明,在降低噪声方面取得了明显的效果。
In this paper, a combination of theoretical analysis and experimental methods to study the stability of the high pressure relief valve and the reasons for the noise. Using the classical control theory, the stability of the high pressure relief valve produced by a factory was analyzed and calculated by computer. After a lot of calculations, the relationship between some structural parameters of the relief valve and the stability margin was found out. Application of the above results, the original product has been improved design, experiments on new products proved to have achieved significant results in reducing noise.
