黑河市是全国率先发展农业机械化的地区。历经四十年,固定资产已达3.8亿元,农机总动力62.6万千瓦,农机管理系统具备了管理、推广、培训、科研、供应、修造、生产和经营八项功能,初步形成了城乡联网的服务体系。田间综合机械化程度已达70％以上,各项指标均以达到省“九五”规划中关于基本实现农业机械化的标准。农机事业的发展,为黑河市资源的开发、传统农业向现代农业的转化、农村经济的发展做出了重大贡献。在一定程度上讲,没有机械化就没有农村经济和社会的发展。
Heihe City is the first to develop agricultural mechanization in the country. After 40 years, the fixed assets have reached 380 million yuan and the total power of agricultural machinery has reached 626,000 kilowatts. The agricultural machinery management system possesses eight functions of management, promotion, training, scientific research, supply, construction, production and management, and initially forms the urban-rural networking service system. Comprehensive mechanization of the field has reached more than 70%, all indicators to achieve the province “Nine Five” plan on the basic realization of agricultural mechanization standards. The development of agricultural machinery business has made great contributions to the development of resources in Heihe City, the transformation of traditional agriculture into modern agriculture and the development of rural economy. To a certain extent, there is no rural economic and social development without mechanization.
