呋喃丹是一种内吸性杀虫杀线虫剂,广泛用来防治水稻、甘蔗等多种作物的害虫。农田使用这种化学药剂可明显提高作物产量。以前认为这一效果是由于直接防治了害虫所致,但是近来的报告说,施用这种化学药剂加强了植株的生理效应。在温室试验中,使用消除了土壤中微植物和微动物的消毒土壤。按每公顷2公斤有效成份施呋喃丹,结果显示出在施后的3个月生长期间,植株较高、分蘖数增加、根系生长较旺盛和植株生势较好。分蘖能力强的供试品种 phil56—226,其分蘖增加更为突出。本研究的目的是:1、确定呋喃丹是否可以健进栽培在消毒土壤条件下的甘蔗生长;2、确定呋喃丹对甘蔗分蘖、茎径和根系的影响。
Carbofuran is a systemic insecticidal nematicide, widely used to control pests such as rice, sugar cane and other crops. Farmland use of this chemical can significantly increase crop yields. This effect was previously thought to be caused by the direct control of pests, but recent reports suggest that the application of this chemical enhances the physiological effects of the plant. In greenhouse experiments, disinfected soils that eliminate micro-flora and micro-animals in the soil were used. According to 2 kg of active ingredient per hectare of fenvalerate, the results showed that during the three months after the application, the plants were higher, the number of tillers increased, the root system grew vigorously and the plants grew better. Tillering ability of the tested varieties phil56-226, the tiller increased more prominent. The purpose of this study is: 1, to determine whether carbofuran can grow into the cultivation of sugarcane under sterile soil conditions; 2, to determine the effect of carbofuran on the tillering, stem diameter and root system.
