本文将计算气膜冷却涡轮叶栅的TOTLOS法与实体壁上边界层和传热的计算相结合,进行了气膜冷却涡轮叶栅气动损失的计算,通过对不同叶型、不同孔径、不同喷射角以及不同冷却区域的对比,证明上述方法对于高吹风比气膜冷却或在边界层较薄的区域注入冷气可得到良好的计算结果.
In this paper, TOTLOS method for calculating the film-cooled turbine cascades is combined with the calculation of the solid wall boundary layer and heat transfer to calculate the aerodynamic losses of the film-cooled turbine cascades. By calculating the aerodynamic losses of the film-cooled turbine cascades, The comparison of the angles and cooling zones proves that the above method yields good results for high blow ratio air film cooling or for injecting cool air into the thinner boundary zone.
