目的了解石家庄市游泳池水质卫生状况和游泳场所的卫生管理情况,为防止传播疾病、保障游泳者的身体健康提供依据。方法根据《石家庄市2011年公共场所卫生重点监督检查方案》及《公共场所卫生管理条例实施细则》,2011年石家庄市疾病预防控制中心与市卫生监督局共同对市区内所辖游泳池进行了监督采样,石家庄市负责对水样进行化验。结果游离性余氯、尿素、细菌总数、大肠菌群、pH值、浑浊度的合格率依次为52.0%、81.2%、85.7%、94.1%、97.6%、100.0%;室内与室外游泳池合格率分别为41.5%和28.3%;专业型、生活小区型和附属型游泳池合格率分别为48.7%、27.1%和20.2%。结论应进一步加强对石家庄市游泳池的监督和管理,确保广大游泳爱好者有安全卫生的游泳环境。
Objective To understand the health status of swimming pool and the sanitary management of swimming pool in Shijiazhuang and to provide basis for preventing the spread of disease and protecting the health of swimmers. Methods According to “Shijiazhuang City in 2011 public health supervision and inspection programs” and “public places health management regulations implementation details” in 2011, Shijiazhuang City Center for Disease Control and Prevention and Municipal Sanitation Supervision jointly supervised the swimming pool under the jurisdiction of the city Sampling, Shijiazhuang City is responsible for water samples for testing. Results The qualified rates of free residual chlorine, urea, total bacteria, coliform bacteria, pH and turbidity were 52.0%, 81.2%, 85.7%, 94.1%, 97.6% and 100.0% respectively in turn; the passing rates of indoor and outdoor swimming pools were respectively 41.5% and 28.3% respectively. The pass rates of professional, living community and ancillary swimming pools were 48.7%, 27.1% and 20.2% respectively. Conclusion The supervision and management of the swimming pool in Shijiazhuang should be further strengthened so as to ensure the safe and healthy swimming environment for swimming enthusiasts.
