“7S+IS”管理倡导“把简单的事情做成极致”的精神,可以给现场管理带来质的变化。企业要结合实际情况,围绕企业中心工作,制定适合企业自身的计划和措施,推行属于自己的“7S+IS”管理,提高企业的竞争力。随着2013年淮浙煤电凤台发电分公司(以下简称“凤台电厂”或“凤电”)二期两台66万超超临界燃煤机组的投产,凤电的机组总容量已经达到258万千瓦,企业规模得到扩大,盈利能力不断提高。从2014年下半年开始,凤电以“7S+IS”管理活动为
