遵照铁道部“七五”战略目标中把扩能提到铁路一切工作的中心位置上,强化改造繁忙干线大幅度提高综合运输能力的要求,我院于1988年6月主持研制成功了聚四氟乙烯滑道滑移道岔新技术,该项新技术在1年多时间的既有线改造施工中,经过路内20多个单位推广使用,成功地滑移了240余组道岔,初步估算经济效益在3000万元以上。聚四氟乙烯滑道滑移道岔新技术,对加速既有线改造,提高铁路运输能力起到了积极作用,获1989年铁道部科技
