目的 :建立紫苏叶中紫苏醛的含量测定方法。方法 :以正十四烷为内标物 ,用气相色谱法 ,DB - 5石英毛细管柱 ,柱温 :135℃ ,FID检测器 ,测定紫苏叶中紫苏醛的含量。结果 :紫苏醛的含量与紫苏叶性状有关 ,即色紫、气香的紫苏叶中紫苏醛含量较高。测定方法回收率为 96 85 % ,RSD =3 2 % (n=5 )。结论 :紫苏醛可以作为紫苏叶的质量控制指标之一 ,建立的方法简便、准确、重现性好
Objective : To establish a method for the determination of perilla aldehyde in perilla leaves. Methods: The content of perilla aldehyde in leaves of Perilla frutescens was determined by gas chromatography, DB-5 silica capillary column, column temperature of 135 °C and FID detector with n-tetradecane as internal standard. Results : The content of perilla aldehyde was related to the leaf traits of Perilla frutescens. The recovery of the assay was 96 85% with RSD = 3 2% (n=5). Conclusion : Perilla aldehyde can be one of the quality control indexes of perilla leaves. The established method is simple, accurate and reproducible.
