为观察六价铬[Cr(Ⅵ)]的血液毒性,作者进行了本次实验。选取40只体重100±10g雌性大鼠,随机分为A,B,C,D4组,每组10只,在塑料笼中常规饲养。A,B,C三组动物用K_2CrO_4灌胃染毒,剂量为0.05 g/kg体重,每天一次。其中A组连续染毒7 d,B组15 d、C组30 d。D组不染毒,作为对照。末次染毒后禁食24 h断头处死动物,主动脉采血。检测指标包括血红蛋白(Hb)、红细胞计数(RBC)、白细胞计数(WBC)、血细胞压积(PCV);离心后的血清学指标有甘油三酯、磷酯、胆固醇、糖、尿素、总蛋白以及碱性磷酸酶(ALP)、酸性磷酸酶(ACP)、谷草转氨酶(GOT)、谷丙转氨酶(GPT)、乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)、谷氨酸脱氢酶(GDH)等酶的活性。检验结果以t检验进行统计处理。
To observe the hematotoxicity of hexavalent chromium [Cr (Ⅵ)], the authors conducted this experiment.
