3月10日至31日,省委举办了党的建设研究班。参加这次研究班的有省、地(市)、县委的部分同志,部分省直部门和企事业单位党组织的负责人及几位长期从事党的工作的老同志,共45人。这期研究班,是在省委领导同志直接指导下进行的。李子奇、卢克俭、李登瀛、吴坚等同学员们一起进行了座谈。王占昌、杨振杰同志自始至终参加了学习讨论。大家紧紧围绕在当前新的国际国内条件下,怎样把我们党建设成为马列主义、毛泽东思想武装的工人阶级先锋队,怎样把党建设成更加成熟、更加坚强、更加团结、更有战斗力,同群众关系更加密切,真正能够领导全国人民建设有中国特色社会主义的坚强核心这个主题,从坚持党的工人阶级先锋队性质,坚持党的执政地位和党的领导、坚持党的民主集中制原则、加强各级领导班子建设和基层党组织建设、密切党与人民群众的联系等方面,展开了认真研讨。
