目的研究安徽省烟仓孳生螨类的群落结构及多样性。方法选取烟仓不同生境(简易库、露天库、外租库和醇化库)的烟叶和地面烟尘样本进行螨类的采集、分离鉴定、计数及数据分析。结果共检获螨类23种,隶属5科16属。其物种数、丰富度指数、多样性指数排序均为简易库>露天库>外租库>醇化库,简易库中螨类群落的均匀度指数最大(J′=0.959),醇化库中螨类群落的优势度指数最大(D=0.150)。露天库和醇化库的群落相似性指数最低(Q=0.238),达到极不相似水平。结论安徽省烟仓孳生螨类的群落结构及多样性与其生境条件密切相关,醇化库螨类孳生情况相对较轻。
Aim To study the community structure and diversity of mites breeding in the tobacco barns in Anhui Province. Methods The flue-cured tobacco and ground dust samples from different habitats (simple, open-air, leased-out and alcoholic) were selected for mites collection, identification, counting and data analysis. Results Twenty-three mites were detected, belonging to 16 genera and 5 families. The species diversity, abundance index and diversity index were ranked as simple database> open database> rental database> alcoholate database. The evenness index of mite community was the largest in the simple database (J ’= 0.959) The dominance index of the community is the largest (D = 0.150). The community similarity index of open-air and alcoholic pools was the lowest (Q = 0.238), reaching very dissimilar levels. Conclusion The community structure and diversity of mites breeding in the smoked silo in Anhui Province are closely related to their habitat conditions, and the mite breeding in the alkalized sludges is relatively light.
