本研究目的在于在流化床中用一种名为IRA-958的强基离子交换树脂回收冶炼厂外排水中的金属氰化物络合物的可行性。采用新技术考察用树脂作为离子交换材料的流化床的膨胀状态。结果表明IRA-958的流化床特性是很容易确定的。推荐一种采用在流化床中离子交换作用回收金属氰化物络合物的一段氰化物回收装置。
The purpose of this study was to investigate the feasibility of recovering metal cyanide complexes from the effluent of a smelter in a fluidized bed using a strong base ion exchange resin named IRA-958. New technology was used to investigate the state of expansion of a fluidized bed using resin as the ion exchange material. The results show that the fluidized bed characteristics of IRA-958 are readily ascertainable. A cyanide recovery unit using a metal cyanide complex for ion exchange in a fluidized bed is recommended.
