提出了一种在配调主站实现故障自动定位、隔离和供电恢复的方法 ,该方法建立在配网SCADA系统及完备的配网拓扑描述和拓扑分析功能基础上 ,能适应各种复杂的配电网络。文中对故障的判别、故障的定位、故障的隔离以及对非故障区域的供电恢复 ,进行了详细的描述。大量的实验室实验和现场实际模拟测试表明 ,该方法是准确、快速、可行的。
A method of automatic fault locating, isolation and power restoration in master station is proposed. The method is based on distribution SCADA system and complete distribution topology description and topology analysis, and can adapt to various complex distribution Electric Network. In this paper, the identification of faults, the location of faults, the isolation of faults and the restoration of power supply to non-fault areas are described in detail. A large number of laboratory experiments and field simulation tests show that the method is accurate, rapid and feasible.
