上海市制冷学会于1991年12月18日和19日两天举行庆祝十周年活动。首先由上海制冷学会理事长尉迟斌教授在会上致词,他说,十年来,上海市制冷学会会员巳由成立之初六百余人发展到现在二千多人了。接着上海市商业二局副局长、上海市制冷学会秘书长邱嘉昌高级工程师作工作报告。来自江苏、浙江、福建、安徽、新疆等省、自治区的制冷学会代表及香港地区制冷界朋友在会上致贺词,随后在大会及各专业委员上进行学术交流活动,这次庆祝会上共交流的论文达118篇。
The Shanghai Refrigeration Institute held its tenth anniversary celebration on December 18 and 19, 1991. First of all, Professor Yu Chibin, President of Shanghai Refrigeration Society, addressed the meeting. He said that in the past ten years, the Shanghai Refrigeration Institute has grown from more than 600 people to more than 2,000 people. Then, the deputy director of the Second Commercial Bureau of Shanghai and the senior engineer of the Shanghai Refrigeration Institute, Qiu Jiachang, made a work report. Representatives from the Refrigeration Institute of Jiangsu, Zhejiang, Fujian, Anhui, Xinjiang and other provinces and autonomous regions and friends of the refrigeration industry in Hong Kong delivered congratulatory messages and then conducted academic exchanges at the conference and various professional committee members. The exchange was held at this celebration. There are 118 papers.
