目的分析多脾综合征腹部CT影像特点,以提高对多脾综合征的认识。方法回顾性分析2010年10月-2015年8月在天津市东丽医院确诊的10例多脾综合征的CT影像特点。结果脾脏数2~12个。1例位于右侧。3例伴有肾囊肿。1例伴下腔静脉缺如及胃异位到右侧。2例伴有奇静脉异常连接。结论熟悉多脾综合征伴有其他脏器异常的各种CT表现,可提高对多脾综合征的认识,减少漏误诊的发生。
Objective To analyze the CT features of abdomen of splenic syndrome in order to improve the understanding of splenomegaly syndrome. Methods The CT features of 10 cases of polyplex syndrome diagnosed in Toray Hospital of Tianjin from October 2010 to August 2015 were retrospectively analyzed. Results The number of spleen 2 to 12. One case is on the right. 3 cases with renal cysts. 1 case with inferior vena cava and gastric ectopic to the right. 2 cases with abnormal connection of azygos vein. Conclusions Familiarity with various CT manifestations of splenic syndrome with other organ abnormalities can improve the understanding of splenomegaly and reduce the occurrence of misdiagnosis.
