由本刊举办的庆祝《财经研究》复刊十周年暨发挥国营大中型企业骨干作用理论研讨会,于1990年4月17日在上海财经大学召开。参加研讨会的有来自市、校的有关党政领导、校内外师生和研究人员及企业界人士共140余人。会议就发挥大中型企业骨干作用的问题展开了讨论,现将讨论的主要问题综述如下: 一、大中型企业应发挥的骨干作用有的同志结合上海的实际指出,上海大中型企业的骨干作用应体现以下三个方面: (1)全方位、大幅度地发展出口,成为进入和占领国际市场的主力军。上海的目标是要建立外向型 The symposium on the tenth anniversary of the resumption of the “Financial Studies” and the role of the state-owned large and medium-sized enterprises organized by the Journal was held on April 17, 1990 at Shanghai University of Finance and Economics.
