我国的房价经过多轮上涨,已经到了公众不能接受的地步,由此造成了一系列的社会问题。抑制房价过快上涨成为了全社会的呼声,为此国务院批准上海、重庆两市进行了房产税的征收试点,目的是抑制愈演愈烈的房价。房产税到底对于抑制房价有多少作用,造成高房价的原因和解决之道又是什么,本文主要对于这些问题进行了探讨和尝试性的回答。 After many rounds of price hikes in our country, the public has reached an unacceptable level, causing a series of social problems.
