目的总结鹤庆县50余年血吸虫病防治过程中开展健康教育取得的效果。方法收集鹤庆县1954-2008年不同时期血吸虫病防治过程中开展卫生宣传、健康教育的情况,对资料进行归纳整理。结果1954-1991年的卫生宣传使疫区人民群众认识到血吸虫病的危害,激发了干部、群众与血吸虫病作斗争的信心;1992-2000年世行贷款血吸虫病控制项目阶段的健教工作对强化全民血防意识起了非常重要的作用;2001-2008年以控制传染源为主的防治阶段的健教工作在全县血吸虫病流行区再次掀起了重视血防、参与血防的新高潮。结论健康教育工作在血吸虫病防治过程中的重要性及先导作用日趋被人们理解和接受,但让人们做到自觉地避免血吸虫感染和积极主动地参加血吸虫病防治决非一朝一夕能够达到,需要长期开展有计划、有组织、有系统的教育活动方能达到预期目的。
Objective To summarize the effect of health education in the prevention and control of schistosomiasis in Heqing County for more than 50 years. Methods The health publicity and health education during the prevention and treatment of schistosomiasis in Heqing County from 1954 to 2008 were collected and the data were summarized. Results The publicity campaign of 1954-1991 made the people in the epidemic area aware of the harm of schistosomiasis and stimulated the confidence of cadres and the masses in fighting schistosomiasis. The health education work of the World Bank-financed schistosomiasis control project from 1992 to 2000 strengthened the National awareness of blood-flu has played a very important role; 2001-2008 to control infection-based prevention and treatment phase of the health education work in the county schistosomiasis epidemic area once again set off a focus on blood-borne and involved in a new upsurge of blood-Fang. Conclusion The importance and leading role of health education in the prevention and treatment of schistosomiasis are becoming more and more understood and accepted by people. However, people should consciously avoid the infection of schistosomiasis and actively participate in the prevention and treatment of schistosomiasis, which can not be achieved overnight. A planned, well-organized and systematic education program can achieve its intended purpose.
