为了对辽河坳陷东部凸起的下古生界进行层序地层学研究,综合野外剖面、钻井、测井、二维地震剖面资料,将其划分为1 个一级层序、2 个二级层序和13 ~14 三级层序,从而建立起该地区下古生界的层序地层格架。通过大量室内薄片鉴定和相关测试资料分析,结合层序的发育特征可知本地区的生、储、盖层与层序的形成密切相关:生油层主要位于层序的凝缩段以及与凝缩段紧邻的海侵体系域晚期和早期高水位体系域中;储层主要位于高水位体系域中;盖层则在各个体系域均有分布。
