现代产权制度 ,“商品经济存在的一般原因” ,根源于家庭利益主体、家庭市场主体的产生、存在和发展。家庭这一“文明社会的细胞形态” ,作为生活资料私有制的组织形式和社会最主要最基本的消费单位 ,既是产权产生的历史基因 ,又是产权的最初组织形式或载体 ;既是一般商品经济产生、存在的社会基础 ,又是社会主义经济的商品 (市场 )经济性质、国有企业的市场主体定位和建立社会主义现代产权制度的社会基础。现代企业是小生产经济中家庭的社会经济功能即生产资料消费功能在社会化大生产条件下的独立化、社会化形态。
