纵观我国传统教育,教师习惯采用填鸭式、灌输式的教学方式,教师唯我独尊,把自己的思想看作是至高无上的标准,抹杀了学生的个性和积极性,结果使生动的知识变得枯燥无味,学生也不愿主动提出问题,产生畏惧心理,从而导致教师教得辛苦,学生学得厌烦。因此,我们的课堂教学必须以学生为中心,充分调动学生学习的积极性,激发学生的创造潜能,发展学生的创造性思维,培养出一批主动学、创造性学习的人才。陶行知先生早期就提出 Throughout our traditional education, teachers are accustomed to using the cramming-type and inculcating-style teaching methods.
