在利润降低和环保要求提高的双重压力下,某金矿借鉴国内外同类矿山选别流程应用经验,结合原矿矿石性质,开展了浮选和金精矿氰化浸出试验研究。试验结果表明,原矿在磨矿细度-0.074mm占55%时,获得浮选金精矿品位18.79 g/t,金回收率91.09%;金精矿在磨矿细度-0.048 mm占94%、氰化浸出时间48 h时,获得浸渣金品位2.71 g/t,浸出率83.41%,取得了较好的选矿技术指标。该金矿以试验结果为导向,制定了全泥氰化改浮选工艺的技术改造方案,解决了其在实施过程中遇到的问题。经过6个月的生产实践,浮选作业平均回收率91.02%,金精矿氰化作业平均浸出率87.24%,选冶总回收率78.23%,年综合经济效益2 591万元。
Under the dual pressures of lower profits and higher environmental requirements, a gold mine, based on the application experience of the same type of mines in the world, combined with the ore ore properties, conducted a pilot study on cyanide leaching of flotation and gold concentrates. After 6 months’ production practice, the average recovery rate of flotation was 91.02%, the average leaching rate of gold concentrate cyanide was 87.24%, the total recovery rate of mineral processing was 78.23%, and the annual comprehensive economic benefit was 25.91 million yuan.
