我国沿用五十年代上海、武汉等城市(医院的)患病比值作为人群中发病率的数据是不妥当的。上表显示:近二十年来,异位妊娠患病比值由1:38.2下降到92.3(分娩比);由1:43.2下降到243.9(宫内孕比),两阶段、比值为2.4~5.6倍。由于病人,医院,技术等因素的变化,都影响患病比值,故上述比值(结构比)不能用来判断人群中患病率的增减.本文设计患病率统计的标准如下:
It is inappropriate for China to use the prevalence ratio of Shanghai, Wuhan and other cities (hospitals) in the 1950s as the data of the incidence in the population. The table shows that in the past two decades, the prevalence of ectopic pregnancy decreased from 1: 38.2 to 92.3 (delivery ratio); from 1: 43.2 to 243.9 (intrauterine pregnancy ratio), with a ratio of 2.4 to 5.6 times in two stages . Because of changes in patients, hospitals, technology and other factors that affect the prevalence ratio, so the ratio (structure ratio) can not be used to determine the increase or decrease in the prevalence of population.This standard design prevalence statistics are as follows:
