1.故障现象1台52t液压挖掘机左侧履带行走无力,爬坡能力很弱,在软基地面上行驶,左侧履带无动作,但工作装置的动臂、斗杆、铲斗和回转装置动作均正常。2.行走液压回路组成及原理(1)组成该挖掘机左、右两侧行走液压回路基本相同,其左侧液压回路主要由行走换向阀1、减压阀2、前进制动单向阀3、平衡阀4、后退制动单向阀5、溢流阀6、高低速阀7、高低速缸8、行走马达9、制动缸10、减速器11等组成,如附图所示。(2)原理该挖掘机行走无力与减压阀、平衡阀、溢流阀、行走换向阀有关,这些控制阀原理如下:
